CAN I REALLY DO THIS?
Absolutely! If you can commit practicing with and without a mirror for an average of 10-15 minutes per day broken up throughout the week, however you wish, you can learn.
WHEN DOES THE COURSE START AND FINISH?
You'll get access to the entire Perfect Poses system as soon as you enroll! You can watch at your own pace.
HOW IS THE COURSE DELIVERED?
Lessons are comprised of videos tutorials, worksheets and easy-to-follow written instructions. You will get an email with your access code once you sign up. Make sure to check your spam folder.
🚹 WILL THIS COURSE HELP MEN?
While to tend to coach women as those are the people who reach out to be the most for 1:1 coaching, these techniques can also be applicable to men. In this course there will be some sections where I will say something such as "have gentle ballerina fingers" as that is meant to have a more feminine look in your hands.
But in those moments, you can just adjust to having firmer hands (for instance). Whether man or woman, always adjust according to your body and put your own spin on any of the poses I show. The main techniques are still what professional male models use.
